1. Only items which meets the following will be eligible for returns and exchanges:
- Faulty item
- Wrong item received
- Ring size exchanges
- Only eligibile for size exchange in same style
- Customer is responsible for 2 way shipping costs & we will not be responsible if item is lost during return transit.
- Subjected to stock availability
2. Please make your return request within 3 days upon receiving your parcel by emailing the following to email@example.com:

Once your return request has been approved, the item have to reach us within 7 working days. We will not accept any return/exchange of the item if it does not reach us within the stipulated time frame.
Do note that returns will only be processed once your Return Parcel has reached us.
3. Please make sure your returned item is in original condition, without any scratches and defects before apply for return and exchange. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject your return/ exchange request.
4. Any reimbursement made will be in the form of store credits, valid for 8 months. We do not provide cash refunds and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
5. Please ensure the items are well protected in a box or bubble wrap. We shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of returned parcel during the postal process. Once the item has reached us, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 48 hours.
6. Custom pieces are not returnable/ exchangable.
