Can I return or exchange an engraved piece?

Each engraved piece is made to your specifications and we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

How long does engraving take?

Engraving can add 1 working day additional processing time. As we engrave them in-house, rest assured that we will process them asap.

Can you engrave a different font or special artwork that you don’t have listed?

We are able to engrave a different font/ artwork as long as the file is provided to us.

Are you able to engrave a different language?

Yes! We are able to engrave any language, get in touch with us with your request and we will get back within 1 working day.

Do you offer engraving in your Ubi studio?

Yes. You can have on the spot engraving in-store at no additional cost. Contact us to make an appointment.
