To check your balance, simply log in and click on "Rewards" button on the bottom left of the website to view your Olivka Perks information and points balance.
To redeem, just follow these quick steps.
- Log In: Make sure you’re signed into your account on our website.
- Open the Rewards Panel: Click the rewards icon (the little launcher button) at the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Ways to Redeem: Select "Ways to redeem" from the menu.
- Choose Your Reward: If you have enough points, you’ll see a "Redeem" button next to the reward. Click it to turn your points into a discount code.
- Apply at Checkout: You can click "Apply code" to add it to your cart automatically, or copy and paste it into the discount box when you check out.
If you ever lose a code you’ve already redeemed, don’t worry. It’ll be waiting for you under "Your rewards" in that same panel until you’re ready to use it!
Nope, there's no expiry date. We believe your rewards should be just like your jewelry—timeless and ready to wear whenever you are. Just don't forget to use them!
Refer your friend by giving them your unique referral link from the rewards tab. After an order has been placed, the Olives will credited into your account.
