Follow the steps below to adjust the size of your cuff:

1. Put on the cuff from the side of your wrist.
2. If the cuff is too tight, pull the two ends outwards to increase the opening width. 
3. Once on, press the two ends so they form according to your wrist. Decide if you want a snug fit, comfort fit or a loose fit by the pressure you use.
