Orders placed before 5pm on weekdays will be ready the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready next working day. No order processing on weekends and PHs.

We ship worldwide via Singapore Post Registered Air Mail.

Terms of Shipping and Delivery

All packages shipped internationally comes with tracking. However, tracking after despatch from Singapore is subjected to destination's port availability. 

All applicable customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. 

Your order is insured against theft and damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address, they are no longer covered by insurance. We will not assume responsbility for any stolen or misplaced packages once it has been marked as delivered.
