Returns and Exchanges
1. Only items which meets the following will be eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Faulty item
- Wrong item received
- Ring size exchanges
- Only eligibile for size exchange in same style
- Customer will bear 2-way postage cost
- Subjected to stock availability
2. Please make your return/ exchange request within 7 days upon receiving your parcel by emailing the following to email@example.com:
- Order number:
- Reason for return or exchange:
- Clear photos of faulty/ wrong item received:
- Size to exchange to (for ring exchange):
Once your return request has been approved, the item have to reach us within 7 working days. We will not accept any return/exchange of the item if it does not reach us within the stipulated time frame.
3. Please make sure your returned item is in original condition, without any scratches and defects before apply for return and exchange. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject your return/ exchange request.
4. Any reimbursement made will be in the form of store credits, valid for 8 months. We do not provide cash refunds.
5. Shipping is a third party service and is not eligible for refund. The cost of shipping will be deducted from total order amount. We reserve the right to deduct $4 for return orders which qualified for Free Shipping.
6. Custom and engraved pieces are strictly NOT eligible for returns or exchange.
